Godspeed You! Black Emperor
Godspeed You! Black Emperor are a Montreal collective formed in 1994. Their long instrumental compositions combine strings, guitars, field recordings, spoken fragments and film projection, often unfolding across extended movements. Albums including 'F♯ A♯ ∞' (1997) and 'Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven' (2000) were released through Constellation Records.
