Meneo

MENEO is the project of Guatemalan musicologist, producer and performer Rigo Pex, based in Madrid. Active since the mid-2000s, Pex combines chiptune and electronic production with cumbia, merengue, dembow and other Latin American rhythms, describing the result as electropical. The live setup has included Game Boy electronics, keyboards, voice and audiovisual performance.
